Amara Barn / Apartment
This small residence is situated on 7 acres of farmland in Selma, North Carolina. Per our clients unique request, the lower level serves as a horse barn with a separated two-bedroom loft apartment on the upper level.
The first floor consists of a large stable with two horse stalls along with a workshop, powder room, and mudroom leading to the stairs to the second floor.
The second floor opens up to a large family room and open kitchen and eating area. This open gathering area is flanked on either side by large bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a large storage and laundry room.
